1. Service scope
Narrative provides software for monitoring and analyzing public narrative signals and coordinating response workflows. Customers are responsible for their own policy and legal compliance decisions.
2. Accounts and access
Customers are responsible for user account controls, role assignment, and safeguarding credentials.
3. Billing and renewal
Paid subscriptions renew according to contract terms. For invoice or PO billing, institution procurement terms in executed agreements apply.
4. Acceptable use
Customers may not use the service for unlawful activity, unauthorized access attempts, or abusive traffic patterns.
