We collect account and organization information needed to operate Narrative, plus usage telemetry and publicly available content signals configured by your organization.

2. How we use data

We use data to provide the product, secure tenant access, improve reliability, and deliver requested analytics, alerts, and communications.

3. Data sharing

We do not sell customer data. We share data only with subprocessors required to operate the service (hosting, auth, email, billing, and CRM providers).

4. Retention and deletion

Data is retained only as long as needed for service delivery, security, legal obligations, and customer support. Customers can request deletion via support.
